The incumbent develops analysis, reporting tools, and business process tools which support the business plan objectives. These tools are developed using MS SQL Server, and the .NET framework. Performs other complex analytical studies and projects for the purpose of improving the performance of the department and the financial performance of the company.

Develop automated management and operational reports for utilization by Executive team, Directors and Managers.

• Develop and improve automated tools designed to increase productivity.
• Develop practical solutions that can be implemented and used to drive revenue and process improvement.
• Develop and improve existing SQL Server solutions including stored procedures, user-defined functions, and DTS or SSIS packages.
• Pro-active involvement in problem definition and alternative solutions development.
• Perform recurring and ad hoc analyses according to customer and

• Legacy system conversion from MS Access back-end/front-end to SQL Server and .NET back-end/front-end.

 Minimum Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required

• 3 to 5 years experience with relational databases (SQL Server required), and 1-2 years experience using the .NET framework (ASP.NET, VB.NET, Reporting Services, and Analysis Services); Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (MS Access required) Excellent written and verbal communication skills and possess the ability to communicate at all levels throughout the organization
